BOOKING POLICIES

• All retainers are non-refundable. If cancellation policy is not followed, you will be required to forfeit your appointment retainer.

• Deposits are transferable to reschedule your appointment as long as I am given a minimum of 24 hours notice in addition, excessive reschedules will not be allowed.

• ​Deposits are NOT transferable to another person.  If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited.

• ​Bookings cannot be scheduled for others, you must book your own appointments with your own payment source, if you would like to purchase a gift card please email me at browaddictokc@gmail.com.

• ​Please be on time, I respect your time please do the same.

PAYMENT

• Cash and all major credit cards are accepted or Cherry (afterpay option).

• Payment will be collected upon arrival.

• ​Prices are subject to change at any time.

• ​Absolutely No refunds.

• ​Gift certificates are available upon requests.

RESCHEDULING

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule their appointment.  The $150 retainer will be transferred to the new appointment as long as rescheduling is done at least 24hr priorto appointment.

• After 2 reschedules you will not be allowed to make a new appointment unless full price is paid at the time of booking.

• ​In order to change the date/time of your appointment, please call or text us at 405-300-0444. 

CANCELLATIONS

• Be courteous, if you wish to cancel please notify me ASAP, however the deposit is still non-refundable unless other arrangements are specified by Nicole.

•  If you show up to your appointment, and decide to not follow through with the procedure, you will also forfeit your appointment retainer.

LATE/NO SHOWS

• If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible via text 405-300-0444.

• Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.  Please understand that my time is precious and I know yours is too, so to help us stay on schedule, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and if your earlier just let me know and maybe we can start early.

• ​If you no call/no show, and still would like to re-book an appointment, you will be required to pay full price up front just to book the appointment.  

GUARANTEES

• Nicole Anderson or any affiliates of Brow Addict OKC offers NO GUARANTEE for your permanent makeup results 

• ​You must understand that Individual results will vary from client to client so don’t expect the same results or healing process from a friend.  

• ​Aftercare of your permanent makeup and your skin type will contribute to your final results, please follow the instructions as given.

• Some may require additional touch-ups to achieve their desired results.  Additional touch-up pricing will apply and will be discussed per client.

STUDIO

• Pets and additional guests are not allowed, children included. If you feel the need to have a guest they must wait outside for you until the procedure is complete this can be 2-4hrs.

• If this cannot be followed, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, and forfeit your deposit.

• I am APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please book a consultation time before stopping by as visitors are not allowed at any time without prior notice.

• ​Maintaining the integrity and efficiency of my schedule means so much to me and interruptions are not allowed.

• Don’t forget! Make sure to arrive without any makeup on the areas being treated, preferably none at all.

• ​We kindly ask to turn your phone on silent, and not to use it during procedure.  

• ​No food is permitted inside the treatment room so please eat before you come.

• I will allow you to take a break before we begin and midway through if needed.
